FLINT CREEK WILDLIFE REHABILITATION

Help Flint Creek Wildlife Save Lives!

Flint Creek Wildlife admits over 3,400 injured and orphaned wild animals each year - from hummingbirds to eagles, flying squirrels to fox. Whether it’s raising orphaned babies, providing around-the-clock medical care for animals suffering from acute trauma, or rescuing migratory birds that collide with windows, we believe that every animal that enters our facilities deserves the best possible care.

Our survival rates are testament to the success and dedication of our work – so are the stories of the animals in our care. Take Journey the Ferruginous Hawk. Journey was hit by a train in western Canada and, stuck in the train’s plow, survived an estimated 1,500 mile windy, loud and bumpy journey before he was found in a rail yard. We responded immediately when the railroad worker called and we extricated Journey from the train’s plow in the midnight darkness of the rail yard. Journey’s will to live was undeniable. Because of a permanent wing injury, he is now one of nearly 20 non-releasable birds of prey that are part of our education program.

OUR WORK COULDN’T CONTINUE WITHOUT DONATIONS! Believe it or not, we receive no government funding – not state, federal or local. That’s right, our work is reliant on donations from people like you.

Since we are an all-volunteer organization, your donations help the animals – things like medical care, food and housing. We operate on an extremely lean budget; nonetheless, providing excellent care is expensive. We need to raise $125,000 to support next year's operations and we are kicking off the year with a $25,000 fund raising goal for this campaign.

Our work is dependent on your support. No amount you give is too small.

To help even more, please create your own fundraising page and tell your friends, family and co-workers why you believe in our mission of Saving Lives.

We thank you and the animals thank you.
