What is the Polar Plunge? It's a Plunge into cold water by brrrave individuals to raise money to benefit Special Olympics Florida athletes.
Aquatica is usually warm and tropical, but once each year they chill down their wave pool so you can experience the “thrill of the chill” all while supporting a great cause. Plungers enjoy all of Aquatica’s heated rides for the rest of the day.
Who can Plunge? To become a Plunger, all it takes to Plunge is $100 in pledges and nerves of steel. (Minimum age to Plunge is 15)
Do not want to Plunge, but still participate? Become a Virtual Plunger. Raise pledges and receive incentives just like a regular Plunger, but without going into the chilly water.
