Thank you for visiting my Team World Vision fundraising page. Yes, I am running my second marathon to help support a worthy cause. Last year, I completed the Chicago Marathon (http://www.firstgiving.com/freddoulton.457606) and this year it's the New York City marathon on 1 November.

As you may know, my story is one of tragedy and triumph, of heart operations and marathons! Please sponsor my run to support the work of World Vision.

Using a developmental approach, World Vision tackles the root causes of poverty by working with children, families, and their communities to provide things like clean water, health care, nutritious food, education, and economic opportunities.
