My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my Friends of Scouting fundraising page!

Your donation helps to support the 2009 Silver Paddle Canoe Race--an annual fundraiser that benefits the more than 40,000 local Boy Scouts who are members of the Simon Kenton Council.  Your contribution provides local scouts with first-rate camping facilities, summer camp scholarships for those with financial need, and training materials for Scout Leaders.

Please join me in making a difference in the lives of young people by making a secure donation to the Simon Kenton Council through this website.

If you have any questions, or would like information about how your business can support Scouting (with opportunities for corporate sponsorship recognition), please contact me at jthornton@szd.com or 614-462-1077.

Many thanks for your support, and please forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

With appreciation,

Jeremy Thornton
