Made up of blind, visually impaired, and sighted athletes from all over the country, Team With A Vision has raised more than $1 million for The Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired(MABVI).  

For the last 18 years, Team With A Vision has raised funds to support MABVI's statewide network of vision rehabilitation services, support groups, and one-on-one volunteer matches that we provide for blind and visually impaired individuals.  The majority of MABVI’s clients are low income elders who are experiencing vision loss for the first time and do not have any adaptive strategies for independent living.  Our vision rehabilitation services, low vision clinics, 33 support groups, and one-to-one volunteer matches help elders learn compensatory strategies and receive the peer and volunteer support they need to live with dignity and independence.  There is a pressing need for the services MAB provides, and they are not funded significantly through government sources.
