On April 21st, 2011, my daughter Zoe was born. For reasons we will never know, she never took her first breath. After two weeks of fighting, little Zoe passed. During my daughter’s stay at the Cleveland Clinic, the Ronald McDonald House helped me and my family immensely.

The Ronald McDonald House helped to maximize the amount of precious time we got to spend with Zoe. For this reason, I will be forever grateful to the people that make the Ronald McDonald House what it is today. This July 28th & 29th, I am running the Burning River 100 mile Endurance Run in memory of my daughter Zoe. I am asking for donations to be made to the Ronald McDonald House in her name.

I could not think of a better way to honor my daughter than to help raise money so other families may have the same opportunity that mine had. The opportunity to spend as much time as you can with your child; especially when you know that time is limited. Please let me know if you have any questions.
