Welcome Extreme Fans of the BEEF (the Special Olympics Indiana State Office) and the BOARD (the Special Olympics Indiana Board of Directors) Plane Pull Team!!!

With your generosity and our enthusiasm we hope to be the Top Fundraising team at the 2009 FedEx Plane Pull Challenge!  This fun, crazy event is going to be a huge tug-of-war between our team and a 147,000 lb. FedEx Boeing 727!!! The team can consist of 20 people and we will pull this giant jet 12 feet!  We are competing against other teams for the fastest time. On August 15th we will be competing for the title once again!!!!

Last year we pulled the plane at an outstanding pace... at a little over 10 seconds, we landed DEAD LAST in the overall competition. We now have realized that our only chance at winning any of the awards is to be the team that raises the most money to benefit Special Olympics Indiana!

Last year we were able to raise a total of $6,285 in the week or two before the event! That was good enough for us to claim the 4th highest amount raised by a team! With a little more time we know that we can reach our goal of $10,000!!!
