Japan Disaster Relief

Boyz II Men Japan Relief

On March 11, 2011 a magnitude 8.9 earthquake hit off the shore of Japan, unleashing a 23-foot (seven-meter) tsunami and leaving enormous destruction in its wake.

Hundreds have been killed in this disaster and thousands have been left homeless, as the tsunami swept through, causing mass destruction and setting off widespread fires that burned out of control.

We, Boyz II Men, have a very special relationship with the people of Japan.  We have been going to Japan for the past 20 years and we are deeply concerned for the people of Japan and especially for our friends and fans who reside in Sendai and all the areas affected by this earthquake and tsunami.

We can proudly say that Sendai is a beautiful city and we have performed there many times. In fact, we are planning to perform in Sendai in November of 2011 as part of our 20th Year Anniversary Tour.

Please join us in our effort to raise money through the Red Cross of America to help people in need.

We ask all of our fans across the world to join us as we attempt to do something meaningful.

Thank you in advance for your contribution.
