My name is Brooklynn and I am 3 years old. I cannot yet talk and I am developmentally delayed. I also have a lot of digestive issues and G.I. issues as well. Sleeping is also very hard for me. Most girls with my syndrome don't walk but I am very lucky to be able to. I have very limited hand use and still rely on my family to help feed me.

I am fundraising for a cure for RETT SYNDROME. 

Rett syndrome is a neurodevelopmenal disorder that affects girls almost exclusively. It is characterized by normal early growth and development followed by a slowing of development, loss of purposeful use of the hands, distinctive hand movements, slowed brain and head growth, problems with walking, seizures, and intellectual disability.

The best news is, Rett Syndrome is Reversible!!!!   Much more research needs to be done before it can be brought to us girls.  Researchers & scientists have been able to successfully reverse Rett in mice, and we are reaching out to you to help get the cure to us girls faster.  I have so much my body wants to say & do in this lifetime, but because my disorder is so rare, we need your support.  Much of Rett Research is parent funded, so please learn about me & how you can help us  fight for a cure, it is already out there!
