BARCC is the only provider of comprehensive rape crisis services in the greater Boston area.  The Center provides free services to survivors, family members and the community. That is only possible through donations from people like you.

Here's how your donations can help:
*  $25 helps BARCC answer two hotline calls.
*  $75 pays for medical accompaniment to a hospital emergency room by a trained volunteer.
*  $200 supports the first three sessions of free counseling for survivors and their families.
* $1,000 allows a new volunteer or intern to attend BARCC’s comprehensive training program.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts and BARCC doesn't pay a huge overhead for the processing.  

As we approach the walk this weekend, we wanted to share one important update.  Our personal matching pledge of 50% of our friends' donations has been a huge success and so we've decided to increase our max contribution from $1000 to $2000!  Together with your initial gift and our own matching pledge, every dollar you give will go even further to helping so many people in need.
