I am a stroke survivor. I was lucky to get a chance to turn my life around. I am grateful everyday that I can get out and run or ride or kayak or snowshoe or ski or just move. My stroke gave me a whole new perspective on life. 

I rode last year for the 1st time. I had the words "stroke survivor" on my jacket. The encouragement that I received from fellow riders was amazing. I am looking forward to donating my time and body to this amazing organization.
