Centaur Stride is a unique facility that welcomes people of all ages and abilities to participate in the care and enrichment involved with horseback riding. Through Centaur Stride there are exceptional opportunities made available for individuals with disabilities. For some, Centaur Stride provides horseback riding as recreational activity. However, for individuals with various disabilities there are therapeutic benefits that can be achieved through horseback riding. With the cooperation of the friendly horses and direction of a Physical Therapist, there is much to offer from the programs at Centaur Stride.  Centaur Stride has served individuals with a variety of disabilities including, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries to name a few. Benefits from riding may include strengthening of muscles and balance, social interaction, and the pure enjoyment of horseback riding. The staff at Centaur Stride works hard to provide the most enrichment possible. There is much appreciation for those that contribute both through donations and volunteering.
