As a father of 4 kids, my heart is breaking as I sit, stunned, at the loss of innocent life not far from my home.  I can't be there tofeed the kids and pull off the bricks on my own -  but God has given me a gift.  I can run. Far.

On Friday, January 22nd I will be running non-stop 80 miles from St. Therese D'Lesieu in Wellington, FL,  to the Notre Dame D'Haiti Catholic Church in Miami. 

I hope to raise as much money as I can along the way with 100% of all funds going to the Catholic Charities to help with relief efforts.  I know it's not much, but it is better than sitting around and doing nothing.
