Guinea Kids Education Fund
The Guinea Kids Education Fund is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 to provide education oportunities to young chlidren in Conakry, Guinea West Africa. Through our program children are given a long term sustainible education that includes after school tutoring, tuition and books, meals and community.
Our Vision is the people of Guinea are self-reliant, empowered, and thriving supported by a mutually enriching connection with people in the US. Our Mission is to support high quality children’s education in Guinea and provide opportunities for people to experience and benefit from the richness of Guinean culture.
At Guinea Kids Education Fund we see a future that flourishes through education for the children in the Enco-cinq neighborhood of Conakry, Guinea. By working locally in the community with which we have an established relationship, our hope is to make an impact that will send ripples out into the greater landscape. The more children we assist to become educated, the greater chance the community has to thrive. The more the community thrives, the more Guinea thrives...then Africa...then the World.
We are a global community and our greatest impact begins with our kids.
We are over joyed at your willingness to contribute any amount. Below are our suggested donation amounts.
$167 -- will send one child to school for another year (with shoes, uniforms, backpack, school supplies, school tuition, a meal program and tutoring)
$500 -- will send three children to school for another year (with all the same benefits)
$1000 -- will send six children to school for another year (with all the same benefits)
$5000 -- will fund an entire year of school for all of our students (with all the same benefits)
