Little Rocky got his name because he is a fighter.  He's the product of a couple of idiots who thought they could make a lot of money by backyard-breeding Pit Bull puppies.  However, because of the economy, they haven't been able to sell the puppies, and the puppies are now all getting sick (several have died).

We finally convinced them to hand over Rocky, and they agreed because he is obviously very sick.  We picked him up last night in Norwalk, and the poor little guy was very listless, vomiting and with horrible diarrhea, which was mostly blood.  He went straight to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a severe case of Parvo.

Rocky spent the night in ICU and is hanging in there - he wants to live.  However, his treatment is very expensive and will probably be as much as $6000.  Rocky is only three months old and has had a very rough start to his life, but if you can donate even a few dollars, we will make sure he lives a long, loving, productive life.
