Lillian Byer HBOC Fund

We’re grateful for the opportunity to acknowledge our grandmother, Lillian Byer, as our hero. She was one of many women in our family who died of breast and /or ovarian cancer. In fact, no woman on her side of the family has been unaffected by this disease. We are so fortunate that we have information and knowledge that our grandmother did not have. FORCE provided us the support, tools, resources, and knowledge we needed to confront our hereditary cancer and make important life-saving decisions for ourselves.

Our goal is to share this gift of knowledge with others and that is why we established the Lillian Byer HBOC Fund. This fund honors our grandmother and provides outreach education, support and resources so others do not have to travel this journey alone. In addition, the fund helps provide scholarships to individuals who cannot financially afford to attend the Joining FORCE’s conference.  You can view our family story on the YouTube video link below Lillian's picture.

Please help us honor our hero, our grandmother Lillian Byer, by donating to the Lillian Byer HBOC Fund. Every donation, no matter it’s size, makes you our hero too!

Thank you for your support!
