On October 2, we're  running the Azusa Clean Water 5k to build a water well for the Awe Ikoko village in Northern Uganda, through Lifewater International -

Will you help us reach our NEW goal of  $2,750 to help build the well? The total well cost is $5,500.

(Our original goal was $1,000 - but we just reached it, with 2 days until the race!)

 Lack of clean water not only means disease, poverty, and weakened communities, but it means children like this little boy must walk for hours a day fetching water instead of learning, taking part in her community, and just being a 'kid.' But, we can change this!  Water wells change lives  by making clean water easily accessible to villagers.
