Race for Rehab 2013
RACE DATE: OCTOBER 13, 2013
The first Race for Rehab took place on October 30, 1999 when a group of Physical Therapy students at the School of Health Sciences & Practice decided to raise money for rehabilitation therapies.
This year is going to the the 15TH ANNUAL Race for Rehab.
The purpose of the race is to benefit the non-profit organization Achilles International who's mission is to "enable people with all types of disabilities to participate in mainstream athletics in order to promote personal achievement, enhance self esteem, and lower barriers to living a fulfilling life."
