That's what one of our young adult cancer survivor participants wrote about her 5 day experience with True North Treks. And there are countless others just like it.

At True North Treks we support young adult cancer survivors by taking them on short term treks in nature that focus on learning mindful awareness practices, connecting with other young adult survivors, and doing all of this within the beauty, peace and balance of the outdoors. We believe this is good medicine, especially for those who find themselves in transition after cancer treatment.

We've got 3 incredible treks lined up this coming summer and fall for young adult survivors. It costs roughly $1,000 per participant or $10,000 per trek. Any amount matters to us, whether it’s $5 or $10 or $1,000 or $10,000.
