Texas Mountain Trail Membership Page

Thank you for visiting Texas Mountain Trail's membership page!

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support the Trail's annual membership campaign.

We have TERRIFIC benefits to offer members, thanks to our friends and partners!

Your membership helps us bring more value to the region through heritage and adventure projects like the Far West Texas Wildlife Trail, the Peak Fitness Challenge for hikers,  heritage bike routes and cycle-friendly activities, heritage storytelling projects, and support for visitors and our mountain communities.  In short, we can do more to connect you with adventure!

$25  Senior/Student       Texas Mountain Trail enewsletter, discounts at the Museum of the Big Bend gift shop

$50  Individual/Family    All of the above, plus early notice of all our programs and opportunities

$100 Friend                     All of the above, plus 20% off coupon to REI (while they last!) and discount on 10K registration for the Big Bend Ultra from Friends of Big Bend National Park

$500 Champion              All of the above, plus a Far West Texas Wildlife Trail map and recognition/sponsorship by name of one of our social media storytelling projects

$1000 Patron                 All of the above, plus recognition/sponsorship by name for one of our major Texas Mountain Trail public programs or for two of our social media storytelling projects

Memberships run for 12 months, renew on the anniversary date of your gift!

Your membership is tax-deductible according to rules outlined by the IRS.  Please note that acceptance of your membership benefits may affect the tax deductibility of that gift.  The amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money (and the value of other property other than money) contributed over the fair market value of goods or services provided by the Texas Mountain Trail.  Please consult your tax advisor with questions.

To keep our fundraising costs as low as possible and retain more funding for our programs, FirstGiving will ask you in the donation process if you'd like to add the processing fee to your membership gift.  This is an entirely voluntary option we hope you consider. If you agree, the fee will equate to 7.69% of your gift.  Thank you for considering this step!

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
