Mary and Kelsey Jensen's Fundraising Page
Welcome to Mary and Kelsey's Fundraising page for Donate Life Northwest!
Donate Life NW is having their annual Fundraising breakfast on November 16th, 2011. Since we couldn't attend, and this a cause that is so close to our hearts.... We've decided to host a Virtual Table so that we're able to introduce our friends and family to an important organization and cause.
Let's start off with a litle description about Donate Life NW and our involvement. In early 2010 Kelsey got involved with Donate Life through a wonderful family (The Stevens) and has been volunteering and fundraising for this wonderful organization ever since. Donate Life NW's mission is "To save and enhance lives through the promotion of organ, eye, and tissue donation." This fundraising effort will support education about organ, eye and tissue donation, as well as promoting and registering organ donors in the Northwest.
Donate Life Northwest has grown close to our hearts because it is an amazing organization that helps to ensure a second chance at life for those who ordinarily wouldn't get one. We also think this organization is so important because of the prevalence and increasing need for organ, eye and tissue donation... It can affect anyone, at any time and at some point will probably affect someone you know and love! You may find the statistics regarding organ donation interesting, visit http://www.donatelifenw.org/faqs and http://www.donatelifenw.org/statistics for more information.
Any financial donations would be greatly appreciated.... and if nothing else, visit www.donatelifenw.org and register to be an organ, eye, and tissue donor! It is the most selfless gift you can give, only takes two minutes and you have the potential to save 8 lives in the process!!! Feel free to forward this message on to anyone else who might be interested in donating, volunteering, or learning more about Donate Life NW.
Thank you so much in advance for your support and for visiting our fundraising page!
