This August my beautiful wife Erin was diagnosed with SLE Lupus. So we're kinda against that. While there are some great treatment options these days, there still is no cure for Lupus. We're going to do everything we can to help make the cure a reality, and we're starting with the New Performance Nutrition 5k that benefits the SLE Lupus Foundation, Inc.

Erin's currently on a medication regimen that would make you want to buy stock in CVS; including IV chemo treatments that she has to have a doctor administer and enough pain meds to make Keith Richards jealous. But she's getting better and hasn't been back to the hospital since the diagnosis.  She's on her way back but isn't there yet. We still need your help!

Also, I really want to win the fund raising battle with her because bragging rights are forever. Unless I lose. In which case what kind of person would brag about something like this?! It's just unconscionable.
