The Grassroutes Ride

On September 4th of this year a group of friends and I will be riding our bikes along the Coastal Highway from Oregon to San Francisco. The goal of this 7-day, 527 mile journey is to raise money and awareness for the International Development Exchange (www.idex.org) and the communities that we support in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The ride is going to take us through some of the most beautiful parts of California. From the Klamath National Forest to the Pacific coast to the Russian River--it’s going to be a wild adventure.

My goal is to raise $2,500 to promote environmental sustainability, women’s empowerment, and economic development in the developing world. As a member of the Board of Directors at IDEX I appreciate your support and generosity towards this cause. Without your help this wouldn’t be possible.
