A Thirst Quenching Run Across America

I am attempting to run 2,860 miles solo and unsupported across the United States of America! If completed I will become the 12th person ever to accomplish this ocean to ocean run.

My Reason

I strongly believe that God's will for our lives is in direct correlation with the passion he gives us. I have a strong love for distance running and helping others. I hope my actions will encourage others to use their gifts in a positive way. I believe most people take fresh water for granted and are unaware of the shortages around the world. Through these steps of faith and with the help of Living Water International, www.water.cc 

 

One dollar / gives clean water / to one person / for one year. / ONE. 

 

What if we were able to take that reality and change the world? 

We know that not everybody is called to the mission field. However, there is a way for a whole community of believers to be involved in a project together. Sponsor a project: By sponsoring a project you will, on average, impact 1,500 people immediately with clean water, health and hygiene education, and the gospel—in word and deed. We have been able to estimate that over the life of 

the well, this impact reaches approximately 5,000 people. 

 

 Sponsorship Levels 

Well Rehabilitation:  $3,000 

Shallow Well:  $5,000 

Deep Well:  $10,000 - $30,000

 I believe our journey will inspire others and change countless lives.

Living Water International www.water.cc exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience the "Living Water"- the gospel of Jesus Christ- which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.

"Currently, Living Water International is setting a goal to repair 500 incapacitated handpumps in Haiti during 2010, serving at least 250,000 people." Your donation really means a lot to me, Living Water International and the people that will receive clean water do to your actions.
