Pictured to your left is Walter; this is the last picture ever taken of him.  Walter died due to the negligence of his owners, and this year's Chain-Off is dedicated to him.  We have to do everything we can to make sure no more dogs have to endure the lifetime of pain that Walter had to.

I will be chaining myself near Joskes Pavilion at Brackenridge Park from 6am-6pm, and immediately after (actually, starting at 5:30pm) there will be an adoption event/pet care fair in the Joskes Pavilion running until 9pm.  Multiple rescues will be attending the event, so come out and visit my chain off, make a donation, and find your new best friend!
