Having children of my own sure changed my perspective on life. I'm so fortunate to have 2 beautiful and health children.

At least once a year, I'm going to compete in some type of race as a vehicle to receive donations to help a good cause.

2009 Race: Pittsburgh Triathlon - Adventure Race (2mi paddle, 20k bike, 5k run - July 26th.
