7/18/2005 - UPDATE - There is less than a week until Ironman. People ask me if I am ready, and my rubber-stamp response is always, "I better be!" Thanks for everyone's contributions to this great cause.

4/12/2005 - UPDATE - THANK YOU VERY MUCH EVERYONE!! I have reached my inital goal. I had a choice to either reset my goal, or just continue to solicit funds and have them be logged as above and beyond what was expected. Obviously that's what I did. Just because we have reached the initial goal I set, does not mean I am stopping here. TO THE MOON!! Please continue to give generously!!!

This year, I am dedicating my participation in the Ironman Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY to raise funds and awareness of domestic violence. I have selected Safe Journey, a transition program for survivors of domestic violence and their children. 100% of your donations will help women and children start a new life free from violence.
