Golden Empire Basset Rescue is a volunteer organization, founded in 2007, that finds homes for abandoned, abused and unwanted basset hounds. Our territory includes Kern, Tulare, San Luis Obispo and Inyo counties. We are also covering Fresno, Kings and Monterey counties at this time as Basset Rescue of Central California is on hiatus.
