Rocky Eliot's life started out sad, but he's a happy boy now.  His now  mom took him when no one else wanted him.
He is a delight to every one who knows him and as you can tell from his picture, he usually does what he wants.  He is very loved and enjoys his life to the fullest.  He's way too big to fit in the sink any more but that doesn't mean he won't try.
