2/12- training update: I am up to 18 miles for my long run. This will be my 5th marathon, and I want to beat my best of 3:37. I visited my sister and her boyfriend in CA 3 weeks ago and ran a 1/2 marathon there in 1:37, 8.5 minutes faster than last year. I will run 1 more 1/2, on 3/15, and then Boston on 4/20.
