Dear Friends and Family,

I’m writing to either join me or support me for the Woony River Ride on Saturday, September 24th! Since I'm staff, I won't actually be riding that day.  I'll be running around doing everything else.  But I will ride 10 miles in October to make up for my missing the day. This annual fundraiser will raise money to help the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC) improve and expand the Woonasquatucket River Bike Path, Providence and Johnston’s only off-road bike path. The WRWC runs year-round programs that engage youth from 5-24 years old in green space stewardship projects along the Woonasquatucket Greenway Bike Path and they recruit and manage hundreds of volunteers to work on improvement and maintenance projects. Join me in supporting these efforts. Support me on my ride and you’ll be contributing to a great cause! Thank you in advance for your support!
