As a young child I suffered a severe bowling injury that has left me permanently scarred both physically and mentally.  The ball shattered my finger but not my spirit.  To this day I still competetively bowl and never let my deformities hold me back from the fun, although finding a ball with a hole to fit my flat finger can be challenging.  If I can raise money for the kids while demonstrating a perserving never say die attitude, that is my mission.
