Living Well Foundation is holding its first arctic splash event on February 21, 2009.  We will be splashing into the freezing lake to raise money to help create healthier individuals and families through experiential learning.

We are making a difference in children's lives.  And for those of us who have struggled with weight issues know that it has to be a lifestyle change and there is no "quick fix."
