I have been teaching Silver Age Yoga at the Daniel D. Cantor Senior Center, Alzheimer Pavilion since January of this year. My average class is 14+ students and consists of Alzheimer’s patients along with one or two staff members or volunteers. My students are making progress in improving their health and, as is our objective, in slowing the effects of this horrific disease.
