ATDC / Angela's House

Is a 501 C# non-proft organization that assists families caring for children with special health care needs that are medically fragile, chronically ill or living with a life threatening illness.  ATDC helps to support parents by coordinating the extensive array of servies needed to care for their  medically fragile children at home. Angela's House are special homes for medically fragile children that can no longer live at home or that were living in the hospital.

 My Parents started this non profit 18 years ago after the birth of my sister Angela who suffered an accident at birth that left her very frail living a little over a year. it was through their experience that my parents wanted to help other parents living with medically fragile children. It took ten years of advocating to build the first Angela's House which was a home away from home alternative for children that require 24 hour nursing care. They also support several hundred children a year living in the community with their parents. It was their goal  to offer supports to parents so that they would be able to care for their children at home. I feel it is very important to spread the word with hope that more people will become aware of  families caring for medically fragile children and to know that these children are living in our own communities.  

I have two very important goals with this internet outreach;

1/ Most important we ask that you please foward this email to as many people as possible to help bring awareness and to spead the word about medically fragile children in our community. Please view this short video and pass it on. We would like to see 2000 views on the video. The video is setup in two parts.
