Paddlers competing in the Knoxville Dragon Boat Festival raise pledges to support Knox Area Rescue Ministries by raising $179 per paddler. Each paddler can easily help achieve this goal by asking friends and family for small (or large) donations, which can add up quickly. Last year, participants involved raised $96,000 for KARM! This money is vital to help KARM meet the needs of the poor and needy of the Knox area.
