In 2001 my dear horse riding coach Guy Wallace was found unconscious during a training session (his dog and horse stayed by his side) and after 6 weeks of being in a coma he woke up to find he was paralysed through most of his body and visually impaired. 7 years later, Guy is slowly improving and is filled with hope that he will walk and ride again one day. Guy would not have made the improvements without access to all the rehabilitation treatments he receives, which costs an astronomical amount.

I am running the Boston Marathon to raise money for MAB to support others like Guy who, with the right treatment and assistance will lead fulfilling, happy lives.
