The West Baden Historical Society is raising funds for the rehabilitation of the West Baden Baptist Church.  This historic building first served the African American community of West Baden Springs, Indiana.  The Historical Society plans to make it a gathering place in the community once more.

Since the picture at the left was taken, the building has been painted and the windows have been restored.  Currently, students from Springs Valley High School's building trades classes are working inside the church to remove damaged materials.  They will be rewiring and insulating soon, so your donation comes at a very good time!
