Dear Family and Friends,

This year I am running in honor of my grandmother, Mary Alice Morris, who lost her battle against Huntington's Disease at the age of 54.  My grandmother passed on the fatal gene to my father, Bill, who also died from this devastating disease.  I have a 50/50 chance of inheriting the same fate.

 

Because of HD, I never met my grandmother.  

Because of HD, my kids never met their grandfather.

 If I have HD, I will never meet my grandchildren.

 

My heartfelt thanks to all those who donated so generously in the years past.  To date my page has raised over $15,000!!  On behalf of the Morris Family, we thank you for your continued support.
