It's time!!! I run, I work out...it’s time to put it to a good cause. As most of you know, 5 years ago our family lost Bill Walls. Bill was an incredible friend to all, a devoted husband to me, and a proud father to our twins Ben and Grace.
Bill suffered from melanoma and passed away at the early age of 33. The incidence of melanoma, the most deadly form of skin cancer, is rising faster than that of any other cancer.
I will be running the Boston Marathon in April. I am asking you to support me with positive energy (it’s my first marathon) and with a donation to the Running for Cover team. I tend to aim high in most my efforts and plan to do so here as well…my goal is $10,000.
Your contribution to my fundraising effort will support the support the Melanoma Foundation of New England and importantly, will serve as a tribute to the endurance and hope that Bill Walls has inspired in all of us.
