We are participating in The Education Fund's Teach-A-Thon, and will be teaching Ms. Lisa Brannons's 4th Grade Math Class at Dr. Edward L. Whigham Elementary on October 28th.  And what better skill to teach them, than how to read a meter!  We will challenge them to become the next generation of Meter Readers!

Along with The Education Fund, we are working to raise awareness about the challenges facing teachers today and the critical impact which teachers have on student achievement. We will be demonstrating our commitment to these issues by learning how to plan a lesson and then actually teaching this lesson in a public school classroom.  Wish us luck and please support our efforts and this important cause!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution and show support for teachers and the teaching profession through the Teach-A-Thon. However, if you prefer to donate by check, you can send any one of us a check made out to "The Education Fund."  We will ensure that it gets included in our efforts to raise the most funds possible for this worthy cause.  The money you donate will help participating teachers purchase supplies for their classroom and support The Education Fund programs for teachers.
