The CFCF Patient Education Weekend will kick off with the Moonlight Run and Walk on Friday evening, September 24th. Under the light of the harvest moon, Team CFCF participants will run or walk to a cure on 5K or 10K loop courses over the Palo Alto Baylands levee. Team CFCF will be raising funds for the Stanford Cancer Center to participate in the CFCF Neuroendocrine Tumor Bioconsortium.
