This coming May, I will bicycle over 250 miles to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.  I will ride along with other 220 federal, state, and local LEO's - members of the Police Unity Tour (PUT) Law Enforcement Officers.  My journey begins in Cheasapeake, VA and ends at the Memorial in Washington, DC. 

The bicycle ride is to honor the law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty as well as raise money for the Memorial.  I will be riding in honor of DOJ-OIG Special Agent William "Buddy" Sentner (E.O.W. 6/21/2006).  I have chosen to do the PUT in honor of my fallen partner and friend, something out of my comfort zone, which is only a fraction of what I can do to remember his heroic acts.  By law, the Memorial does not get any funds whatsover from the government, all monies for the building and maintaining the Memorial come from private donations-from people like you.
