Thank you for visiting my fundraising page for the South End Knitters!  We're a group of men and women who get together to knit and talk about knitting and life.

We are now working on blanket squares that will be sewn together during the 3rd Annual Pine Street Inn Knit-a-Thon in November 2009! All the knit-a-thon knitters will gather to assemble the squares into blankets. All funds raised will go to Pine Street’s mission of placing homeless people into permanent housing. And the blankets? Each homeless person who is successfully placed receives one, as a very special housewarming present!

 I have, as of 10/9/09, knit 8 squares for this effort, and hope to knit in total between 10 and 15 squares.  The majority of my squares are knit on my commute to and from work.  

You can donate a certain amount of money per square, or a flat sum; it doesn't matter, and it doesn't matter how big or small the amount is.  Thank you for any donation!
