Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! We went 13.1 miles and it was Matt's first serious attempt for time. He got about 2:08 which he said was probably the best he'll ever do. So he was happy.

Andrea wasn't so happy. After being sick the week before, I had apparently not fully recovered and got some stomach troubles about half way through. My time was about 13 minutes slower than the goal (2:12 as opposed to 1:59) but, hey, I finished. I'll do another one soon. I hope.

The charity we've chosen is heavily involved in helping HIV/AIDS victims globally as well as supplying clean water, shelter, food and disaster relief. These donations will go specifically to the AIDS relief efforts.
