Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! We are excited about our training for our walk in the Las Vegas Marathon on December 7, 2008. We are at one week and counting! Training is going well, in spite of the three falls that Andrea took.

This is a milestone event for us. David was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma in 2002 and after a year of chemotherapy has survived for over 5 years. We are grateful for this miracle, but many others are not as fortunate. There is no truly effective treatment as of yet for melanoma . Raising awareness as well as funding research is our goal as we train for our marathon event.
