Friends and Family,

On October 4th, I will be participating in the Central Park Biathlon (running and cycling).  My goal is to cross the finish line and help raise money to cure blood cancers: leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) has been working hard for nearly 60 years, and LLS-funded research has contributed to major advances in the treatment of cancer.  But more progress is needed to find cures.  Someone new is diagnosed with blood cancer every four minutes; every 10 minutes, someone dies.

Recently, I have been personally affected by blood cancers in the passing of my grandfather, Fred Skor.  That is why I am asking my friends and family to help to support the LLS's lifesaving cancer research.  Your donation will help improve the lives of more than 912,938 Americans who are now living with, or are in remission from blood cancers.
