Hello everyone!  Thanks for taking a minute to look at my fundraising page.

One of the great things I discovered about running is that most of the events benefit local charities.  For my first half-marathon, though, I wanted to do a little bit more than helping out with just my entry fee.  I've decided I want to try to raise $500 to benefit Harvesters, Kansas City's only food bank.  I selected Harvesters because I've heard several local news stories about the economic downturn causing more people to seek food aid and fewer people to support these charities.  So I'm asking you to join me in donating whatever you can.
