Hi Family and Friends,

So I am entering another race!  Woo Hoo!!!  The Manhattan Beach 10k.  Now that we live in California, I really need to get in bikini shape.  :)

Aside from my vain efforts, I am also running for a great cause... Alpha. The Alpha Course is a fun, informal course that allows people outside the church to explore the Christian Faith.  The course runs in 169 countries and over 16 million people have attended the course world wide.  Check it out at alpha.org

The money you donate will specifically go towards:  1) My work as an Alpha missionary in Southern California & 2) Scholarships for Alpha guests in SoCal who need finanical help to attend the big Alpha Weekend this fall.
