Hi everyone!  This is pretty last minute (I've been nursing a sore back), but on Sunday, I am participating in World Run Day.  I will be running with a group of people at China Camp in San Rafael.  The idea of this run is to raise money for an important charity.  The Living Room is a place women and their children can go to feel safe, get a hot meal, receive mail, etc.
